How to check Kenya's eTA status online?
Applicants are alerted by email every time their Kenya ETA status changes.
First, when a traveler applies for a Kenya ETA, they will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your request has been received and will be considered shortly.
Travelers are not required to take any more action at this time. The application has been successfully submitted and is pending review.
Once the Kenya ETA has been processed, the applicant's status is updated and they receive another email. This email notifies the traveler if their electronic authorization has been accepted or rejected.

Typically, the Kenya ETA is authorized within three days; however, if the applicant has yet to get an update on its progress, they should contact us.
It's recommended the subject line is: "I want to check the status of my submitted application". They will hear back from our customer support staff within 72 hours.
